Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is just like an apple tree. The one tiny seed, that one customer becomes a repeat customer. Eventually, they love your service so much, that they tell others (the apples). Those people eventually become their own apple tree, telling others how much they enjoy your service and eventually you have this whole network (orchard) of loving and fiercely loyal fans.
